clash-rules

通过 Forgejo Actions 每 12 小时同步 13 个 Clash 规则文件，并覆盖发布到固定的 latest Release。其中 reject.txt 使用 privacy-protection-tools/anti-AD 的 anti-ad-clash.yaml，其余规则来自 Loyalsoldier/clash-rules。

自动同步

• 工作流会在每次推送到 main、每天北京时间 06:00 和 18:00（UTC 22:00 和 10:00），以及手动触发时运行。
• reject.txt 的附件名与下载地址保持不变，但内容同步自 anti-AD 的 anti-ad-clash.yaml。
• 发布前会检查每个下载文件非空且包含 Clash 的 payload: 根字段；任一文件失败时不会覆盖 Release。
• 13 个上游文件与当前 latest 附件全部一致时会跳过发布；任一文件变化或缺失时才覆盖 Release。
• Release 标签与附件名保持不变，因此下载地址不会变化。
• 使用 Forgejo 自动提供的临时仓库令牌，无需配置额外的 Secret。
